NEW YORK CITY-Cord Meyer Development Co. is planning to buy an old tennis stadium from the West Side Tennis Club based in Queens and transform the stadium into condos.
Cord Meyer would pay about $9 million for the 2.5-acre stadium and will build residential apartments preserving a part of the stadium.
The final price for the stadium would be based on the approved number of condo units that will be constructed. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
