NEW YORK CITY-The owner, Joseph Moinian, of an empty five-story building at 237 W. 54th St. is on the lookout for partners to construct a hotel at the site. Ross Mezzo of Marcus & Millichap, who has been hired to scout for offers, expects that a building measuring 144,000 square feet can be built at the site.
