Phase 1 of 306,200-SF T.I. Task Complete

RENO, NV-McShane Construction Co. has completed phase one of the 306,200-square-foot tenant improvement assignment at the Eagle Valley Industrial Center here. A large internet retailer has leased the 566,875-square-foot building to accommodate its continued growth in sales.

The internet retailer has planned its tenant improvement program and occupancy schedule in multiple phases to seamlessly integrate the new facility into existing operations, according to a prepared statement. The first phase of the 306,200-square-foot tenant improvement assignment included the construction of approximately 7,400 square feet of office space in addition to the completion of dock packages and a high efficiency, motion operated lighting system. A sophisticated high bay racking system, selected by the tenant, will utilize a robotic storage and retrieval system to enhance its distribution efficiencies.
