INDIANAPOLIS-Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group has decided that it will not purchase three properties that are a part of the $2.3 billion portfolio of Prime Outlets. The chairman of the company, David Simon has said that there were modifications in the transaction, but he expects the deal to go through.
This deal has been under the scanner of the Federal Trade Commission ever since Simon Property agreed to purchase 22 retail centers of Prime Outlets from Lightstone Group. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
