ORANGE COUNTY, CA-According to DataQuick statistics, the major chunk of homes sales for 1H10 in Orange County was reported from the South County. There were 1,528 homes sold in south inland ZIP codes in 1H10 or 77% increase in home buying across the county.

However, the mid-section ZIPs of the county, which were the leaders in home sales last year, saw a drop of 8% when compared to that of 1H09. The median prices of homes in south island stood at $520,000. For the full story, go to The Orange County Register.
