NEW YORK CITY-Dallas BBQ has signed a 20-year lease for 15,500 square feet of space at "The Junction" by Brooklyn College located at 2145 Nostrand Ave. The asking rate for the site was $700,000 per year.
According to the deal, the tenant will bear all the taxes for the site, which runs to about $110,000 per year. The site belongs to A&H Acquisitions. BBQ was represented by Robert Greenstone of Greenstone Realty in the leasing transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post.
