NEW YORK CITY-BrainPOP, the provider of animated content, has signed a 15-year lease for 13,000 square feet of space at 71 W. 23rd St. located at the northeast corner of Sixth Avenue. The firm will occupy the 17th floor of the Masonic Hall.

The asking rate for the site was set at $40 per square foot. The tenant was represented by Winoker Realty, while the Trustees of the Masonic Hall were represented by City Connections. For the full story, go to New York Post.
