ORLANDO-Eola Realty Partners LLC has purchased an owner/user office building measuring 8,000 square feet. The property is located at the center of Thornton Park and was purchased for $1.425 million or about $178.13 per square foot. The building was sold by BA Eola LLC.
In the sales transaction, the buyer was represented by Cynthia Shelton, Mike Milano and Jamie Barati of Colliers International Central Florida, while Jay Dixon of Grubb and Ellis represented the seller. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
