ATLANTA-Beazer Homes USA Inc. has reported that it posted a loss of $27.8 million in the third fiscal quarter. This was mainly attributed due to the expiration of the federal tax credit, which made people rush but later hold back on their purchases.
The firm had posted a loss of $28 million for the same period the previous year. New orders at the firm have fallen by 30% to just 1,037 homes. For the full story, go to The San Diego Union Tribune.
