INDIANAPOLIS-The Metropolitan Development Commission has approved the CSO Architects' request for a tax abatement to redevelop the former Bally's Fitness Center into its corporate headquarters. The MDC has approved $56,541 of property tax abatement.

COS is expected to spend $1.8 million renovating the 24,000-square-foot former fitness facility located at 8831 Keystone Crossing. COS will shift from its present corporate office at 280 E. 96th St., which will create an additional 10 jobs. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
