MIAMI-Wexford Science & Technology has hired Jones Lang LaSalle to exclusively manage the leasing of the phase one of the University of Miami Life Science & Technology Park. The building is slated to be completed by mid-2011 and will measure 252,000 square feet once complete.
The building will house offices, lab-ready development suits, retail space and wet and dry labs. Richard Schuchts, Gavin Macphail and Catarina Jimenez of Jones Lang LaSalle will handle the leasing of the building. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
