NEW YORK CITY-In what is considered to be Manhattan's largest private project, Tishman Construction and developer Related Companies celebrated the topping out of the 60-story mixed-use development project. The building is located at 440 W. 42nd St., between 9th and 10th avenues and was built at a cost of $800 million.
The building will house 800 residential units both for sale and rent. They also include 163 affordable housing units. The building has also applied for LEED silver certification. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
