HALLANDALE, FL-Capital Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. has announced the sale of the Taft Retail Center. Taft Retail is located at 1591 NW 77th Way in Pembroke Pines and measures 6,700 square feet. The property was purchased by a foreign investor for $734,000.
