BORDENTOWN, NJ-Fameco Real Estate LP has secured both the exclusive leasing and sale assignments for the Bordentown Shopping Center and the Delran Shopping Center. According to Fameco principal Jeffrey Cohen, “One of Fameco’s strengths is its ability to re-tenant an underperforming center, increase its asset value and, at the owner’s direction, ultimately sell the center.”

The Bordentown Shopping Center, located at Route 206 and Martin Avenue, is a 178,670-square-foot center anchored by ShopRite and contains over 100,000 square feet of vacant space, providing upside potential for a developer or big box user. In addition, there is a pad site and excess land that has not yet been developed.

The Delran Shopping Center is located in the heart of the retail corridor at Route 130 and Chester Avenue and is surrounded by big box retailers including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s and Shop Rite. The 171,449-square-foot center is vacant. Jeffrey Cohen will spearhead the leasing efforts and Fameco senior director Ron Cappello will direct the sales effort.
