NEW YORK CITY-Extell Development Company has announced that it has signed a deal to sell space to its first Indian client. House of Diamonds, an importer and manufacturer of loose diamonds, will be purchasing space at West 47th St.
Gary Barnett's Extell Development Company is building the 34-story International Gem Tower at a cost of $750 million for target jewelers. About 50% of phase one of the building, which measures over 300,000 square feet, has been sold. For the full story, go to New York Post.
