QUEENS, NY-The Eagle Theater, which is located at the center of Jackson Heights, Queens, has been shut since 2010. Leaseholder, Shaukat Ali, is now scouting for tenants so that the 4,000 square-foot site can be subleased, with more preference given to a bank.
The asking rent for the ground floor and the basement is set at about $15,000 a month, while the office space on the second floor has an asking rent of about $900 to $1,300 a month. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
