BUFFALO-The landmark building, the former Spaghetti Warehouse which has been vacant for over 10 years, will soon be redeveloped into an apartment building. Jim Swiezy and Paul Kolkmeyer have plans for a $7 million renovation to convert the 46,000-square-foot, four-story building into a 39-unit apartment building.
The units will measure between 750 square feet and 1,000 square feet. The building is already under contract from Al Nemmer, who purchased the building in 2007. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
