DENVER-Frontier Airlines has signed a lease extension till 2010 for 70,000 square feet of space for its Denver headquarters at 7001 Tower Rd. Although the airline is a unit of the Indianapolis-based Republic Airways Holdings Inc. where all its top executives work from, it still recognizes Denver as its headquarters.
In the leasing transaction, Jamie Gard of Frederick Ross Co. represented Frontier Airlines, while the landlord, Runway Properties, was represented by Ryan Stout of Grubb & Ellis. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
