NEW YORK-HomeGoods, has signed a lease for a 26,000-square-foot space located at Columbus Square in Manhattan. HomeGoods signed a 10-year deal with 795 Columbus LLC, the landlord.

The store will occupy over 20,600 square feet of space in the basement and 5,700 square feet of space on the ground floor. Kelly Gedinsky and Lori Shabtai of Winick Realty Group represented the owner and Ripco Real Estate Corp.'s Peter Ripka represented the tenant. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
