CORAL GABLES, FL-Logistic firm, Quick Shipping has inked a lease for 10 years for 28,818 square feet of space in the Beacon Centre commercial park at 8323 NW 12 St in Doral. The total lease is valued at $2.5 million.
The site belongs to AMB-HTD Beacon Centre LLC. In the leasing transaction, the tenant was represented by Michael Torna of Flagler Real Estate Services LLC, while the landlord was represented by George Pino and Jason Tresslar also of Flagler Real Estate Survive.
