SACRAMENTO-Just 90 days after revealing its strategic expansion plans in the Greater Sacramento market with the opening of a new full-service commercial real estate office, under the direction of Voit Real Estate Services managing director Kevin Sheehan, the Newport Beach, CA-based firm reveals that it has also added the Gallelli Investment Team to the new office.

“The addition of the Gallelli Investment Team is part of our commitment to offering integrated asset services, brokerage, and construction and development services to our clients,” explains Sheehan. “The Sacramento office represents another step in Voit’s expansion into key client markets throughout the Western US.”

In their previous role with Colliers International, the Gallelli Investment Team represented financial institutions throughout the US with asset sales on the West Coast, completing transactions in California, Washington, Nevada and Arizona. The team includes Gary Gallelli Jr., Rodney Ballinger, Mickey Turpen, Lauren Godbee and Jenna Paetz.

“While Voit has been active in the Sacramento region since 1971, the addition of the Gallelli Investment Team is part of our ‘boots on the ground’ campaign designed to make the Voit platform of services more accessible and responsive to the needs of investors, banks and other financial institutions, special servicers and all of our clients,” Sheehan adds.

Gary Gallelli Jr., executive vice president and director of investment sales, is a second generation real estate professional with more than 20 years experience and over $2 billion in sales. He was consistently named both top investment producer and one of the top two overall producers at Colliers Sacramento since 1997. Rodney Ballinger, assistant vice president, joins Voit with more than seven years experience selling multifamily properties throughout Northern California. Mickey Turpen, assistant vice president, has more than 10 years experience both as an asset manager and in investment property sales. Lauren Godbee, Financial Analyst, has worked with Gallelli since 1996 assisting in analysis and underwriting of more than $1.5 billion worth of commercial real estate sales. Jenna Paetz, marketing administrator, has been with the Gallelli Investment Team since 2007 coordinating the preparation and distribution of all marketing materials.

Voit is a privately held, debt-free firm that has successfully navigated numerous market cycles since 1971, and currently employs 170 people. Voit has owned, developed and managed over 45 million square feet of commercial real estate, participated in $1.3 billion of construction projects and completed over $32 billion in brokerage transaction volume.
