PLANO CITY, TX-The council members of Plano City have postponed the vote on granting The Samaritan Inn of McKinney, $700,000 in federal grant to build one of the biggest transitional housing facilities in the area. The council members have expressed concerns regarding the grant, claiming that the location for the facility has not even been secured.
