NEW YORK CITY-A team comprising William Lie Zeckendorf, Arthur Zeckendorf, and partner Eyal Ofer is planning to redevelop the 17-story 18 Gramercy Park South building. This is the same team that was behind 15 Central Park South.

As per the current plan, the former Salvation Army building will be converted into a luxury condo having 15 residences spanning 4,500 square feet and 2 duplexes, with the help of the Salvation Army.
