INDIANAPOLIS-Indianapolis Housing Agency has given approval for construction contracts valued at $1.3 million aimed at modifications of Lugar and Barton Towers. Shiel Sexton, the construction firm, will start work on Lugar Tower next month.
The agency plans to add some 74 units to Lugar Tower with hopes of financing the project by the start of 2011. Plans are also there for work on elevators in the Indiana Avenue and Barton Annex buildings. For the full story, go to Indystar.com.
