IRVINE, CA-Central Park West is an urban housing project in Irvine conceptualized by Builder Lennar. After going through bad recession times, the 42-acre community having capacity for 1,380 homes is now a preferred place for living.
Contracts for about 56 homes in the project have been inked and 31 families have already moved into the community. The community includes a central park spanning 2.2 acres with basketball courts, a clubhouse, exercise studio and a health and fitness center. For the full story, go to The Orange County Register.
