Voit Adds Three New Brokers

ANAHEIM, CA-GlobeSt.com learns that Newport Beach, CA-based Voit Real Estate Services has added three brokers to its Anaheim office—David Fults, Ryan Lewis and Morgan Hill. Fults, formerly a first vice president of CB Richard Ellis Inc., is now senior vice president with Voit’s Anaheim Metro office. Lewis, now a senior associate at Voit, most recently worked for Grubb & Ellis Co., where he created a full-service brokerage team serving the San Gabriel Valley. Hill joins Voit with more than two years sales experience at Volcom Inc.  

According to Kurt Strasmann, managing director for Voit’s Orange County region, “Voit Real Estate Services’ Orange County brokerage operations are winning the battle.” He continues that “Voit has has hired eight new brokers this year alone, and revenue is up 40% year-to-date.”
