DALLAS-Home prices in Dallas-Fort Worth continued to increase during Q2 of 2010. The National Association of Realtors said that D-FW home prices have increased rapidly compared to that of the same period in 2009.

The median sales price of homes in the D-FW area has increased 2.1%, exceeding the 1.5% growth in the US, in Q2 of 2010. For the same quarter, the D-FW area has performed the best among other major markets in Texas. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
