ORLANDO-Florida recorded a 21% year-on-year growth in the sales of existing homes in Q2 2010.
Totally 51,564 existing homes were sold during the quarter, marking the eight quarter in a row to witness higher year-on-year sales of used homes. A 45% year-on-year increase was recorded in the sales of existing condominiums, marking the seventh year in a row of higher year-on-year sales.
