WESTWOOD, NJ-Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors Inc. has bought The Highlands, an apartment building located in Cenrose Circle, Westwood, from Prudential Real Estate Investors for $59.5 million.
The fully leased building consists of 214 units. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP's Florham Park office brokered this deal. The bidding for this property started in June and attracted 25 suitors, which included pension funds and REITs. For the full story, go to Bergen Record.
