ORLANDO- Battaglia Group's development wing, BFC Development Corp. has broken ground on Golden Eagle Village, a shopping mall, at Golden Eagle Boulevard and US 27 in South Lake County. The project includes 18,450 square feet of local shops, a 45,600 square-foot Publix store and three outparcels.
The contractor of this project is Kelsey Construction Inc. and construction will begin by the end of July. The opening of the mall is scheduled in June 2011. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
