DALLAS- LNR Partners Inc., a distressed asset specialist, has hired Jones Lang LaSalle to maintain its Valley View Center mall located in LBJ Freeway, Dallas.

DALLAS-LNR Partners Inc., a distressed asset specialist, has hired Jones Lang LaSalle to maintain the Valley View Center mall located in LBJ Freeway, Dallas. Macerich Co. transferred the ownership of the mall to LNR Partners Inc. in July this year.

Rick Vita of Jones Lang LaSalle has been designated as Receiver of the regional shopping center spanning 1.6 million square feet. Valley View Center mall was established in 1973.
