Petro to Resume Construction of Vista Tower

MOUNT VERNON-Petro Real Estate Development Corp.'s representatives have received a building permit allowing them to commence construction work on The Vista tower located at 543 N. McQuesten Parkway and 550 Locust Ave.

MOUNT VERNON-Petro Real Estate Development Corp.’s representatives have received a building permit allowing them to commence construction work on The Vista tower located at 543 N. McQuesten Parkway and 550 Locust Ave.

Petro bought The Vista in March 2010 for $6.2 million when the building was a bankrupt and unfinished residential tower. The 70-unit building will be converted into a luxury condo having 42 two-bedroom and 28 single-bedroom residences and will be ready by summer next year.For the full story, go to Westchester Journal News.
