INDIANAPOLIS-Two Downtown buildings located at East Washington Street are being renovated in order to lure residential and retail tenants. Owners are renovating the 10 and 14 E. Washington St. buildings and planning to change their names to McOuat Place.
McOuat Place's first and second floors will be utilized for retail purposes while the remaining five floors will be used for residential purposes. Up to 22 single-bedroom units will be available for rent on the top five floors.For the full story, go to Indy Star.
