WASHINGTON, DC-The owner and tenants of 672-unit Marbury Plaza, a distressed condo, have finally reached a consensus after a strike that went on for two years. Under this agreement, the owner A&A Marbury LLC, comprising The Lightstone Group and The Collins Group, will make $5 million worth repairs including improvements to roofing, plumbing, windows, heating, etc. to the 42-year old apartment complex.
