NEPTUNE BEACH, FL-SIKON Construction's Central Florida office has finished the construction of Regency Centers' 64,330 square-foot Seminole Shoppes retail center located in Neptune Beach, Duval County. This new center is the largest shopping center to be built in the area in 25 years.

Cuhaci & Peterson, an Orlando-based architecture firm, designed the $4-million center located at 630 Atlantic Blvd. The center will include a new 54,530-square-foot Publix supermarket which will replace the previous 38,000-square-foot store. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
