CHICAGO-Bank of America Corp. has filed a $6.28 million foreclosure suit against a parking garage with seven levels situated at 2 E. Oak St. The owner of the valet parking garage having space for 300 plus cars is a Next Realty LLC venture.
The suit claims that the owner defaulted on the interest payments in December last year and executives from Next Realty have personally guaranteed the loan for $5.88-million in November 2005. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
