ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Foreclosures in the Orange County market declined 10% in July 2010 when compared to that of June 2010, while defaults increased by 9% for the same comparable periods. The number of homes foreclosed in July 2010 was 629, a 22% decrease from July 2009 levels.
The average number of foreclosures in the Orange County has been 701 homes per month since November 2008. Meanwhile, default notices in July 2010 settled at 1,462, a 51% decrease from July 2009. For the full story, go to Orange County Register.
