LAGUNA BEACH, CA-According to various legal notices, a number of homes in Laguna Beach, California, are up for auction as a result of borrowers defaulting on home mortgage loans. The prices of the houses range from $3 million to $1 million.

Some of the houses listed in the auction include a house on 1280 North Coast Highway for an asking price of around $3 million and a house on 515 Alta Vista Way being sold for a price of $1.67 million. For the full story, go to The Orange County Register.
