NEW YORK CITY-According to Zillow.com, a realty website, homeowner confidence was down in the quarter ended June 30, 2010. According to the website, 38% of homeowners believe that home prices were at their lowest level.

Nationwide, 28% of homeowners expect a reduction in home values in their regional market in the second quarter of 2010, a 20% increase from the first quarter of 2010. In addition, many homeowners are expecting a short-lived boom in local markets. For the full story, go to Reuters.
