DALLAS-According to the Foreclosure Listing Service, about 285 Dallas-Fort Worth apartments, lands and commercial properties worth a total of $750 million are set to face foreclosure next month. In 2009, the number of properties that faced foreclosure was 180.

One of the latest foreclosure filings is the Parkway shopping center in Addison, which defaulted on a $47 million loan from Wells Fargo Bank. In another filing, a Fairview housing development was placed in a foreclosure auction for defaulting on a loan from the Bank of America. For the full story, go to The Dallas Morning News.
