DALLAS-The Dallas real estate market has reported a number of leasing transactions recently. Some of them include a 45,414-square-foot space located at 4155 Patriot Drive, Grapevine being leased to AerSale Inc.
In another transaction, Bonanza Productions Inc. leased an industrial space of 33,800 square feet in Farmers Branch at 1850 Diplomat Drive. Billingsley Co. plans to open its second office by leasing a 7,400-square-foot space at 1722 Routh St. in the One Arts Plaza building. For the full story, go to The Dallas Morning News.
