DETROIT-Negotiations between the City of Detroit and Hantz Farms to undertake commercial farming in a vacant property on Detroit's east side is gaining momentum.
The property in question measures about 110 acres and is bordered on the east by Cadillac, on the south by Jefferson Avenue, on the west by Van Dyke and on the north by Mack.
