CHICAGO-Developers Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture and LG Development Group have started construction of the luxury condo and row home development on Row 2750 at 2750 N. Lakewood Ave., Lincoln Park.
The project includes nine row houses and two duplex condos with prices ranging from $699,000 to $1.499 million.
