CHICAGO-Developers Lake Tower Development LLC, an affiliate of GE Pension Trust, and Ricker-Murphy Development LLC received funding for their 86-unit condominium project called Ritz-Carlton Residences at Lincoln Park 2520.

According to the developers' plans, the project will deliver new units to the market by 2011. It will be the first ultra-high-end tower in Lincoln Park since 2001. The project is a major boost for Chicago's condominium construction market. For the full story, go to Chicago Tribune.
