SOUTH HACKENSACK, NJ- Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has inked 90,000 square feet of industrial leasing activity at two of its Meadowlands-area properties.
The leases include a full-building, long-term, 46,137-square-foot lease with manufacturer Dazian Fabrics at 18 Central Blvd. John Donnelly of Grubb & Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant, and Andrew Houston of Cassidy Turley, the exclusive leasing agent for the property, repped Alfred Sanzari.
In addition, Dora’s Naturals, a manufacturer and distributor of organic milk drinks and health products, has renewed and expanded its long-term lease at 21-23 Empire Blvd. to a total of 42,000 square feet. “Dora has been a tenant at the 75,000-square-foot building here since 2002, and the building’s location provides the company with easy access to the cities in the New York metropolitan area that it serves,” says Jerry Barta, vice president and director of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari.
