LOS ANGELES-Plans of real estate development and investment firm Ratkovich Co.'s president, Wayne Ratkovich, to construct a restaurant pavilion at the corner of Wilshire and Ogden Drive and a fine-dining eatery at a 7,500-square-foot satellite building are being held up by the global economic crisis.
