INDIANAPOLIS-Keller Development of Fort Wayne and Visiting Nurse Service Foundation have planned to build a 35-unit apartment building at 4720 Pennwood Drive for seniors. This new apartment complex will come up near Keystone Avenue.
The site is next to Visiting Nurse Service's Abbie Hunt Bryce Home, a place for terminally ill individuals without a home. This $4 million project is funded by the government with low-income housing tax credits, and it will be opened next summer. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
