LOS ANGELES-California Insurance Guarantee Association has inked a $7.5 million lease agreement with Legacy Partners Inc. for 27,200 square feet of office space at 101 N. Brand Blvd. in Glendale for 10 years.
The association will move from its current 35,000-square-foot office at 700 N. Brand to the new location towards the end of September. In the transaction, Studley's Andrew Lustgarten and David Kim represented the tenant and CB Richard Ellis' Patrick Church and Anneke Greco represented the owner.For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
