NEW YORK-Bank of America, which had recently settled into a new tower located at 1 Bryant Park, is on the look out for office space to the tune of 1 million square feet in Manhattan.
BofA has approached various landlords in the downtown and midtown area for an office space to replace some of its older office spaces such as 114 West 47th St. and 1185 Sixth Ave, since the leases on these buildings are set to expire in a few years. For the full story, go to NY Post.
