SANTA ANA, CA-Pacific Development Group of Newport Beach has named Santa Ana-based Grubb & Ellis Co. as the leasing agent for one million square feet of retail space at Pacific Development's Foothill Ranch Towne Centre, a four-property retail center in Foothill Ranch. The Grubb & Ellis team will include senior vice presidents Eric Lambiase and Walter Pagel, as well as associate Tom Carpenter, of the company’s Retail Group.

Foothill Ranch Towne Centre is situated at the southwest intersection of Bake and Portola parkways and is close proximity to Highway 241, largely serving communities between Rancho Santa Margarita and Yorba Linda. Major tenants include Target, Old Navy, Ralphs, In-N-Out, Michael’s, Regal Cinemas, Staples, CVS, Jo-Ann and Chuck E. Cheese. Available spaces range in size from 900 square feet to 3,600 square feet, according to Grubb & Ellis.

The Grubb & Ellis leasing assignment is for part of the Foothill Ranch Town Centre & Marketplace, which is a 130-acre lifestyle center, according to the Pacific Development Group web site. It includes a neighborhood shopping center featuring a Ralph's Supermarket and other tenants, as well as the Towne Centre that features the

Target, Old Navy and other stores. The entertainment complex portion of the project features the Regal Cinemas and a food court.

In addition to the space owned by Pacific Development, there are some portions owned by other entities at the site, including a Wal-Mart.
